Fees may be charged when you cancel an appointment within 24 hours, or if you do not attend a scheduled appointment. These fees will need to paid before rescheduling any future appointments

We do not issue accounts; therefore, payment is required at the completion of each appointment.

Fees

For those patients covered by HCF or CBHS, we provide preventive dental care with ‘No Gap Payment’.

Most patients associated with these health funds will get two free checks and cleans each year, so check with HCF and CBHS and make the most of the money you are paying them.

We accept all health funds, so please don’t worry if you have a different health insurance.

We use HICAPS, saving you the time and effort of heading over to your health insurance branch to claim your services back.

We provide treatment for entitled Department of Veterans’ Affairs Gold Card holders at no cost to the patient.

We currently provide approved treatment to patients entitled to the Child Dental Benefits Scheme, at no cost to the patient.

We ensure you receive a treatment plan outlining your needs and associated costs, including treatment information to enable you to discuss the amount your health insurance fund will cover.
